The HR Conclave 2022 held on 19th September 2022 at Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium, was hosted by ‘Le Vox Populi’, the HR Club of LIBA on the theme ‘Reimagining HR Strategies for a Hybrid World’. Four intriguing sessions by eminent HR leaders from the industry: Ms. Jayashree Venkataraman, Founder and CEO, Appreiz Inc, Ms. Subha Pandian, Founder & Director, Agua Women’s Leadership, Mr. Vijayakumar Rangaraju, Senior Vice President-HR and Partner at Intellect Design Arena Limited and Ms. Sunitha Vikram, Managing Director-Agua Consulting, on contemporary topics related to Well Being, Challenges of a Hybrid Work Model, Adapting to change, Performance Appraisal without labels, BANI and Unconscious bias were discussed. The main aim of the HR Conclave was to instill and reinforce the spirit of leadership in students through industry interaction with HR leaders and for the students to understand the challenges faced by HR in the corporate world.
