HR Amazing Race Conducted by Le Vox Populi, HR Club of LIBA

Le Vox Populi, the HR club of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), conducted an HR Amazing Race event on 30th March 2023. Five teams with six members each were given People Oriented tasks, where the teams had to interact with people, convincing people to follow the HR Instagram account, and interviewing students from other colleges. The HR Amazing Race was not just an opportunity for students to showcase their skills on Leadership, Communication, Team-building and Problem-solving, but also a chance for them to network with their peers and build new connections. It provided a platform for students to interact with others from different backgrounds and disciplines, fostering a sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Participants’ people skills, knowledge of the campus, and problem-solving abilities were challenged. The event was well organized, and the participants had a fun and competitive experience.
