On 5th April 2023, Le Vox Populi, the HR Club of Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA), organized a guest lecture titled “Making your own new mistakes” in the Learning Hall at LIBA. The resource person Mr. Sanjay Ravikumar, a highly esteemed HR professional and an alumnus of LIBA, started the session by emphasizing the importance of making mistakes and learning from them. He also discussed the importance of taking calculated risks and not being afraid to fail. The aim of the event was to provide a platform for the attendees to learn from each other’s experiences and network. The guest lecture covered areas such as placements, summer internships, first job handling, career growth, career switching, personal financial handling, health, and family.
