In collaboration with the Centre for Sales Excellence, the MARKIT club presented the fourth edition of The Great Sales Debate 2022-23 on 20th March 2023. Mr. Mathew Benner, Senior Manager at Customer Relations was the moderator for the event. The topic of the debate was ‘Which is more effective for advertising a product, social media ads or TV ads?’ The aim of the session was to develop the foundations of marketing concepts, understand the buyer behaviours and current trends in the market and to build enthusiasm for marketing as a specialization among the F22 batch. Mr. Mathew Benner shared the relevant statistics and mentioned the advantages and disadvantages of both social media and TV ads. Mr. Calvin Cris Mathew S was the winner of the Great Sales Debate.
