Christmas Celebration

The Festival of Music was the theme of Christmas 2022 which was celebrated on 22nd December at Dr. Xavier Britto Auditorium, LIBA. For the very first time LIBA hosted an inter-college Carol Singing Competition and Patrician College of Arts, and Science won the first prize. The Music Club-Concordia was inaugurated during the celebrations, with a heart-warming visual of the orphanage visit screened, the donations for which were made by LIBA students as part of their Christmas giving. The LIBA Choir gave a soulful and magical performance followed by Shadow dance – a unique and beautiful portrayal of life on earth and a skit portraying: “The best of all gifts around any Christmas tree: the presence of a happy family all wrapped up in each other”. The aim of Christmas celebrations is to foster a greater sense of team spirit within the students and to help the students understand the spirit of Christmas and inculcate the values of joy and sharing.
