On 14th September 2023 an upskilling session was held at the Learning Gallery, on 5’S and Hardware/Software, stressing importance and practical applications of the principles of Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain and explaining the institute’s current hardware assets, latest software applications, and insights into AI and IoT. This session was for the staff and its primary goal was to assess their competencies, identify any skill gaps, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their abilities for cross-functional and self-management teams.
