The Management Development Centre (MDC) at LIBA conducted a two-day Management Development Program (MDP) titled “Effective Leadership” for Sakthifinance Financial Services Limited on 23rd and 24th August 2024. Approximately 30 participants, including Senior Relationship Managers, Deputy Managers, and Branch Managers from various parts of Tamil Nadu attended. LIBA faculty were the resource persons for the event. The program aimed to equip participants with essential leadership skills, focusing on self-awareness, team building, effective communication, leadership behaviour’s, and preparation for future leadership challenges.
