A three-day online workshop on Thesis Writing, Quality Research and Publication Ethics was organized by Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) from 23rd – 25th November 2022 to train amateur researchers and faculty and develop an understanding of the art of thesis writing, conducting quality research while adhering to the ethical codes of conduct. The first session was on “Introduction to Thesis Writing”, second session was on “Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS” and the last session was on “Targeting and getting articles published in high impact journals”. The participants gained good exposure of the structure of writing thesis and journal articles in general and had a hands-on experience in techniques such as Mendeley Desktop, Process Macros, SEM Analysis and Grey Influential Analysis (GINA).
