A three-day residential Staff Development Programme (SDP) on “Becoming Agile in the age of AI enabled technology” was conducted at LIBA, from 1-4 August, for a select group of senior staff of XIM University Bhubaneswar. Fr Joe Arun, Director of LIBA in his sessions with the staff explained ways of augmenting AI tools to enhance performance in an organization. This SDP aimed at improving the skills of the staff in the field of administration and give them a detailed understanding of how LIBA is using the technology effectively in all its process. Throughout the sessions, the participants were enlightened with agile ways of working that empowered them to foster open communication, collaboration, and experimentation. They were all delighted with the hospitality provided by LIBA and thanked the organizing committee for such a fruitful event. The programme was a successful endeavor in furthering LIBA’s commitment to excellence and visionary leadership.
