Students’ Ethics conference 2022 was organized by the Centre for Business Ethics and Corporate Governance on 1st September 2022 on the theme ‘Business Ethics and Social Governance, Imposed or Inspired’. Mr. Aakarsh Shamanur, Architect and Social Entrepreneur, Founder of #BePolite Initiative, delivered the keynote address. He emphasized that students need to become ethically sensitive and socially responsible business leaders. Mr. Glenn Roger, Director & Co-founder of Finmark Trainers India Pvt. Ltd. and Mr. Lalith Rathi, Managing Partner, LKR Advisors presented their views on how Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility should be inspired and not imposed. The Inter-Collegiate Case Competition was conducted in virtual mode and 10 teams from various B-Schools across India participated in the competition. The competition was judged by Mrs. Jyothi Satish, Cost Accountant, and Independent Director. The aim of the Conference was to inculcate in the students the importance of Business Ethics and Social Governance.
