Management Development Centre (MDC) of LIBA conducted a three-day Management Development Programme titled “Strategic Alignment” for the senior management team of Astrotech Steel Private Limited from 25th to 27th August 2022. The aim of the programme was to align the senior management team of Astrotech Steel with the vision and mission of their organization and to provide an exposure to various aspects of market opportunities. It also enabled participants to appreciate revenue maximization and understand the augmentation process and possibilities, ascertain the people issues and other practical issues in the implementation of strategies.
