Management Development Centre (MDC) of LIBA conducted a two-day Management Development Programme (MDP) on Mentor-Mentee Experiential Learning for the employees of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOC) on the 18th and 19th July 2022. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Shailesh Tiwari, Executive Director of IOC, Mr. S Mukherjee (Rtd Executive Director of IOC and Dr. Sunil Vakayil, Chair – MDC. The aim of this program was to reiterate the importance of mentor-mentee relationships for the growth of individuals as well as the organization.
