Management Development Centre (MDC), LIBA conducted a one-day workshop on “Design Thinking” for the executives of Hyundai Motors India Limited on 6th July, 2023. The program was inaugurated by Mr. Sekar S – Domain Head, Quality, HMIL, Mr. Joshy Thomas – Team Lead, HRD, HMIL, Prof. P.C. Lakshmi Narayanan – Dean-Academics, LIBA, Prof. M.J. Xavier – Chair, Centre for Technology and Innovation (CTI) and Mr. Baskaran Nagappan – Head, Management Development Centre (MDC). This was the first batch of series of programmes planned for HMIL executives as part of their new initiatives to impart innovation and Design Thinking in their culture.
