The Management Development Centre (MDC) of LIBA conducted a two-day programme titled “Effective Leadership” for Sakthi Finance Financial Services Limited (SFFSL) on 8th and 9th October 2022 for 30 participants. Mr. Bala – Deputy General Manager, SFFSL addressed the gathering. The program aimed to enable the participants of the course to learn and internalize various approaches to sales in the digital era, understanding self, team building, how to handle teams, effective sales management and leadership for the future.
