The inauguration of the Leadership Lecture Series for the academic year 2022-23 was held on 17th August 10:30 AM in the Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium. This event, jointly hosted by the Centre for Leadership Excellence and “Le Vox Populi,” the HR club of LIBA, invited guest speaker Ms. Bindhu Muralidharan, Vice President of Human Resources at Merit to illuminate the gathering with her insights on leadership and the evolving landscape of HR. With engaging narratives and real-world experiences, she highlighted the integral role that HR professionals play in driving organizational strategies. The culmination of the event was enriched by Mr. Issac Immanuel, who eloquently distilled the learnings and insights of the session.
