The HR Area held their annual plan meeting on 15th June 2023 at the digital conferencing room. The meeting commenced with a prayer of disposition led by Dr. Dhyana Sharon Ross followed by Dr. B. Aiswarya, the area chair, welcoming the faculty and Dr. Deepa R presenting the workload and courses assigned to each faculty for the year. Fr. Director then addressed the area members and stressed on the need to embrace changes, focusing on conducting more workshops rather than traditional classes. He encouraged the faculty to stay updated on current trends and prepare classes on HR in the context of artificial intelligence, and consider organizing notable events such as TEDx, which would serve as a platform for sharing valuable insights and ideas within the HR community.
