Chrysalis – the annual national-level management fest organized by LIBA, comprises academic and co-academic events that assess and evaluate students’ management abilities. The Chrysalis theme reveal event for this year was conducted on 28th November 2022 in the Inigo courtyard at 3.30 pm under the guidance of Rev. Dr. C. Joe Arun, SJ, Director-LIBA. The students from F21 batch then handed over responsibilities to juniors from F22. The theme was revealed with great joy and enthusiasm and the F21 SAC members entered grandly dressed in Squid Game costumes (Chrysalis 2021 theme) and handed over the scroll to the Director. “May the Force be with You” is the theme of Chrysalis 2022-2023 which was inspired by ‘Star Wars’. ‘FORCE’ is an acronym that stands for: Focus, Ownership, Resilience, Collaboration, and Execution, which are essential qualities that each individual should possess to succeed in his/her life.
