The 11th session of BMI conducted on 17th November 2021 was graced by Ms Alice Nickolina D, Assistant Manager, Global Employer Services, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP. The speaker addressed on the topic, ‘Codes of Life’, in both personal and professional spheres of life. Ms. Alice gave an overview on the Labour codes, Minimum Wages highlighting National Floor Wage and Equal Remuneration Act to prevent discrimination on the ground of gender. She briefed on The Code on Social Security 2020, The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions code. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A session, followed by the Vote of Thanks.
