Management Lessons from 2019 Chennai Drought
The BMI session conducted on 22nd of January’20 was graced by Dr. T. Prabhushankar, I.A.S., where he spoke about the problems concerning water supply and sewerage disposal, and the goverment measures towards eradicating it. The speaker spoke about the numerous sources of water supply, and elaborated on the challenges faced which resulted during the water scarcity in 2019. He went on to add about the preventive measures, that includes drought mitigation wells, waste water reuse and bucket list campaign for water conservation.
