The leadership training program was conducted on 18th February 2023 for the teachers belonging to the Jesuit Refugee Services (JRS) by Prof. M.J. Xavier and Dr. Shyni Carmel Mary in Palayamkottai. The program was attended by 33 participants and started with an ice-breaking exercise followed by several exercises on self-understanding. Various short videos on self-awareness were also displayed. The Coordinator of JRS mentioned that the program was very practical and relevant and appreciated that they were able to link every exercise and activity to the role and responsibilities of the participants. The key objective of the program was to develop leadership qualities among the participants and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
