Markit Club in collaboration with the Centre for Sales Excellence conducted Great Sales Debate #2 on 4th August 2023 at 4.00pm in Dr. S. Xavier Britto Auditorium, LIBA. The debate was on “The Popularity of Biryani: Overrated Trend or Well-Deserved Classic”. Mr. Joe Peter Harry, Associate Consultant, People Advisory Services, EY was the moderator who highlighted how the debate underscored the importance of perspective and personal experiences in shaping opinions about culinary classics like biryani. The team advocating the popularity of biryani as an overrated trend were declared as the winners. However, it was emphasized that the debate offered a balanced perspective, Mr. Sudharshan Senthilkumar was selected as the best speaker for the 2nd Great Sales Debate.
